Overview

We designed this website to collect as little personal data as possible. It sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or profiling technologies. The contact form shown on this site is not yet active and does not transmit any data. The only way personal data reaches us through the site today is by booking a call directly via Google Calendar appointment scheduling (see below). Personal data is processed only in the cases described below.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (servers located in Germany/EU). When you visit the site, our web server automatically processes: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer URL, and browser/operating-system information (user agent).

Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring stability and security, detecting abuse.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

Retention: server logs are deleted or anonymised after 14 days.

Hetzner processes this data on our behalf as our processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Web analytics

We do not currently run any web analytics or tracking tool on this website.

Scheduling a call

To reach us, you book a call directly via Google Calendar appointment scheduling, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data you enter (name, email, selected time, and anything you add in the booking notes) to create the booking; details in Google's privacy policy.

Purpose: scheduling and conducting the call you requested.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

Retention:booking data is retained per Google Calendar's standard retention until the event is deleted, or per our own records if the inquiry leads to an engagement (then see our Engagement Privacy Notice).

Transfers: Google may transfer data to Google LLC (USA); Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Email contact

If you email us at hello@revwerk.de, we process your address and message content to handle the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our email is hosted with Google Workspace (Gmail), provided by Google Ireland Limited. The Google Workspace data processing agreement is in place. Processing may include transfers to the USA, safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and consent

This website does not set cookies that require consent. Only technically necessary storage (if any) is used, which is permitted under § 25(2) TDDDG. That is why you see no cookie banner. If we ever introduce tools that require consent, we will add a compliant consent mechanism first.

Recipients and international transfers

We share personal data only with the processors named above — Hetzner (hosting, Germany) and Google (scheduling and email, Ireland/USA). Data is processed in the EU where possible. Where a provider is located in the USA, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR on this website.
